Q. How do I order online?
Just click on the "Order Online" link from the main menu bar or the "order now" button on each page. Fill out the order form and note in the special instructions box if there is a layout from our web site you would like us to follow. Click "submit" when you have completed the order form and you will be brought to the file upload link where you can send us your files. We'll send you a proof of your within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Q. What are the file size/specifications for my images so I get the best printing results?
All images should ideally be 300 dpi, high resolution JPEG, TIF, PDF or PSD images. A minimum of 150 dpi is required for best results Please note that your pdf proof will show you the print quality of the images. If your PDF proof is blurry, the final printing will also be blurry.
Q. What if I have my files already designed and set up and I just want to submit them for printing?
If you already have your file set up for printing, please note this in the special instructions box on the order form that you are sending print ready files. Please be sure that you are submitting high resolution PSD, JPEG, TIF, or PDF files. We will let you know if there are any issues with your file and we will also send you a proof for your approval prior to printing. All print ready files should have 1/16" bleed on all edges for trimming.
Q. What kind of card stock do you use?
We use premium 130# card stock for our model composite cards, postcards and business cards. Our 8x10 Headshots are printed on 100# silk stock.
Q. What is your turnaround time?
Most orders ship out within 2-4 business days. All of our order ship via US Post Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. We will send you a proof within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once you approve your order, your order will ship out within 2-4 business days. If you require faster turnaround please call or note in the special instructions box on the order form. Nothing will be printed until we receive your proof approval.
Q. Do you offer digital re-touching?
We offer digital retouching. Single stray hair or a single blemish removal is included in our prices. If you have more complex touch ups, please send your images to us and note your specific retouching requests on the order form. We will quote you when we receive your images.
Q. Can you print other items not shown on your web site?
Yes, we can print anything from canvas prints, booklets, and brochures. Just give us a call for a quote!
