Payment
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
• Pre-Payment is required on all orders.
Proofing
• An email proof will be sent within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• If you have changes or questions once you receive your proof, please reply to the proof email with your revisions. Detailed instructions on submitting new artwork or photos will be included in the proof email.
• When you are ready to approve your order, just reply to the email. NOTHING WILL BE PRINTED PRIOR TO RECEIVING YOUR PROOF APPROVAL.
Shipping/Turnaround
• All orders are shipped within 2-4 business days of receiving your email approval.
• All orders are shipped via Priority Mail unless you specify otherwise.
• Please let us know if you require faster delivery. We'll always do our best to meet your delivery schedule. Rush/overnight shipping charges may apply.
Layouts
• We will be happy to prepare a custom layout for you. Please include details in the "Special Instructions" section of the online order form. If you would like to reference one of our sample layouts, please include the sample layout number. If you hold your mouse over the image, a box will appear showing you the layout number. Just include this in the Special Instructions.
